Short : HD-Installer for Hawkeye V1.0

This patch applies to "Hawkeye" by Thalamus (c) 1988 - 1 disk.
Slave requires WHDLOAD V10+, installation needs RawDIC in path.
Game requires 0.5 MB Chip Mem (+0.9MB of any memory for preload option)

FEATURES:
- Full load from HD
- Disk/Copy protection removed
- Music player fixed
- Colorbit bugs fixed
- Decruncher relocated in Fast RAM
- Trainer option added (set CUSTOM1=1 for unlimited units)
- ButtonWait tooltype for title picture added
- ROM/NI icon (created by JHZ)
- Quit option (your default key)
