Short : HD-Installer for CJ in the USA V1.1

This patch applies to "CJ in the USA" by Code Masters/Genesis (c) 1992 - 1 disk.
Slave requires WHDLOAD V10+.
Game requires 0.5 MB Chip Mem (+ 0.3 other memory for preload option)

FEATURES:
- Full load from HD
- RNC disk protection removed
- Decruncher moved to Fast RAM
- Blitter waits inserted
- NI/ROM icon (created by JHZ)
- Quit option (your default key)

CHEAT: Type 'POKE THE DONKEY' on title screen for unlimited lives.

V1.1 (24-Apr-2001) - blitter bugs fixed
                   - faster file decrunching
