Report: 1) this update broke the Mouse LMB & RMB Feature in Multiplayer, which was very convenient! Player2 could use the CursorKeys for Movement and the Mouse Lmb=Fire Rmb=Switch Cannon/Horses/Men ..... This NO LONGER WORKS ! & on top, the second button no longer works for player 1 2) If a Joypad is Forced for Player 2 (custom1) the MousePointer goes NUTS! This option would only be useful IF no mouse is presend which is pretty unlikely for a Amiga Setup. (ok,maybe a AmigaCD32 and even then a splitter could be used) The Mouse should be turned off IF that option is chosen. Otherwise this option is not really useful, because of the freaked out mouse pointer. I,ll stick to the older one, because of the 1) Point. The second has not really a usecase in that state. Sounds like you don't understand what the joypad patch does. If you have a stick/pad in port0 use custom1=1, otherwise not. You cannot have a mouse AND a stick/pad in port0. |

Hi Wepl. No, i dont use the Custom1=1 option (force joypad for second player). This is maybe useful for Cd32 users that dont have a splitter. (a joystick/mouse splitter is nothing unusual; just saying) anyway, like i said, i use that option; but with the previous version the Second Button worked by default for player one and player 2 could use the LMB&RMB mouse buttons in battle - this no longer works. just wanted to report that. greetings |

damn brain !!! i mean, i dont use the custom1=1 option; that would be rather pointless :) I made a mistake here: !!!! The second button DOES work for player 1 by default but the MOUSE LMB RMB in BAttle feature is gone. and so am i ;) ill stick to 2.21 ... greetings and thanks. |
