Left and right screen border (let's say 10pixel width) gfx glitch during intro. Right border copperlist bands look also slightly unaligned.
Booting from floppy IPF image (A600 basic config) is okey.

I can not reproduce this at all and it's most probably screen size related anyway. Is your A600 config using EXACTLY the same screen settings as the config you're using for the WHDLoad patch?

Mmmh… after further testing I can say the borders glitch is visible only with this WinUAE settings:
Host>Filter>Filter Settings: Fullscreen (Max)
If I set default or Fullscreen (TV) for example the exteneded borders with the glitch is hidden, so it's not a WHDLoad issue. Reproduced also from the IPF image.

...is reproducible also with other Filter Settings like "Autonatic scaling" etc.
 WinUAE problem detecting border overscan edges?
