| Summary | 03064: Swords of Twilight: missing option to clear all save data, unable to restart from beginning | ||||
| Description | When saving the game, needed game files are permanently modified on HDD. The game manual says one shall only save to copied disks, not to the original data disk. There is no ingame option to restart from the beginning. There should be a script with confirmation prompt, that deletes and replaces modified files from a backup dir, if requested. So the game can be restarted from the beginning without installing again from disks. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Save ingame (with F10 outside of castle). Quit to desktop and run the game again. You can only continue the saved game. | ||||
| Additional Information | In the game directory you can sort modified files by date to detect them, but it could be possible that later in the game additional files are modifed too upon saving. | ||||
