DescriptionOn pistorm the game runs twice as fast as normal. Looks like forced 50 fps when it should be 25. You get arou d the track in half the time.
Would it be possible to add an option to force half frame rate?

Same happens on WinUAE if you have it set to very fast or with JIT.

ExpChip runs the game at normal speed on fast CPU's (as stated on the readme). On WinUAE, ExpChip only have effect in Cycle-Exact mode.

Unfortunetly ExpChip makes the game crawl, it becomes a slideshow. A fps limiter option would be perfect.
