This patch applies to "The Spy Who Loved Me" (c) 1990 Domark.
Thanks to Carlo Pirri for the original (taken from the "James Bond
Collection" compilation).

REQUIREMENTS:
- Slave requires WHDLoad V10+.
- Game requires 0.5Mb chip mem (+0.9Mb other memory for preload option)

FEATURES:
- Full load from HD
- Rob Northen protection removed (hey Skid Row, how did you miss this!)
- NTSC protection removed
- Supports NTSC and PAL tooltypes
- Access fault fixed
- Trainer (press Help to toggle infinite lives - border will flash green
  if trainer is activated, and press Del for 999 Q credits - you will 
  need them on level 2!)
- 20 stack frame problems fixed :)
- RomIcon and NewIcon (created by me!)
- Quit option (default key is '*' on keypad)
