This patch applies to "Pot Panic" © 1991 Kingsoft
You will require the original disk. Supports SPS 1776 version.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Install requires WHDLoad 18, RawDIC 5
- Game requires 512k chip mem
(+additional memory for preload option)
FEATURES:
- Loads fully from HD using real files (via RawDIC imager)
- Manual protection removed
- Quit to Workbench at any time, including 68k machines
- Keyboard routine replaced (uses timers for more reliability on fast machines)
- Highscores saved to disk
- 37x blitter waits added
- 2x blthog (blitter nasty) settings removed
- Icons made by myself
- Source code included

What's not to love about another columns clone? :-)
Not a great deal to say on this. The manual protection was somewhat interesting,
as incorrectly cracking it leads the game's palette being messed up (at least
one version on TOSEC isn't properly cracked!).
There were lots of triple NOPs throughout the code in an attempt to wait after
every blit, but that doesn't work on fast machines, so in go some proper blitter
waits instead.
There are no trainers, because the game doesn't need them!
