Your version is most likely different to the one I made the install. Please share a link to your version and I will support it.

I had to repair my disk cause it was destroyed when it arrived. So I took that IPF image for repairing:

That's the exact same version I have used to create the install. Please ensure you have repaired your disk properly.

Hi Stingray,

I wrote the disk several times back, checked all files but the error stays. I gues it's the A4000 040 what makes the problem.

May you can look at the access error logs that I created to find the problem.

I have managed to reproduce the problem. I will update the patch to fix it.
