This install applies to "Almighty" © 1993 Manitou.
This install requires WHDLoad and DIC to be in the path.
These programs can be found in the WHDLoad package.
To install from a different drive than DF0: select installation mode Expert.
The installed mag requires 512k ChipMem (+880k for Preload).
It can be quit by pressing F10 (key can be changed with Tooltype "QuitKey=").
- Full load from HD
- All StoneCracker decrunchers relocated to fast memory
- DMA wait in replayers fixed (x12)
- Bcplcon0 color bit fixes (x5)
- Interrupts fixed for 68040/60
- NewIcon (created by me, if you have better icons freel free to send them)
- Source included
- Quit option that works on 68000 machines (default key is 'F10')
The 3rd patch today is for a disk mag, after creating the patch for
Manitou's "Cherokee" music disk I decided to create a patch for the
only issue of their "Almighty" disk mag too.
The mag features quite nice graphics and music and so-so content.
Would have been interesting to see more than only 1 issue though.
I have patched the anim part to quit at the end as that's better
than staring at a black screen in my opinion.
You can download the mag here:
Enjoy the mag from HD now.
