This patch applies to "World Championship Soccer" (c) 1990 Elite - 1 disk.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Slave requires a WHDLoad V10+ and RawDIC
- Game requires 512k chip mem and optionally 512k other mem (+0.5Mb other 
  memory for preload option)

FEATURES:
- Full load from HD
- Blitter waits inserted (x56)
- Keyboard routine rewritten (totally useless!)
- Memory detection routine rewritten
- Buttonwait tooltype added for title picture
- RomIcon, NewIcon and GlowIcon (created by me!)
- Quit option (default key is 'F10')

The keyboard routine in this game was terrible.  If you pressed F1 it would
toggle the LED, and pressing F2 would toggle the music on/off.  However,
after pressing any key, the joystick becomes totally dead so you can't play
the game or do anything.  I have replaced the built in keyboard routine but
you will not be able to turn the music off anymore.  A small price to pay
for a working game I think :)
