Short : HD-Installer for Turbo Outrun V1.1

This patch applies to "Turbo Outrun" by U.S. Gold (c) 1989 - 2 disks.
Slave requires WHDLOAD V10+, install requires RawDIC.
Game requires 0.5 MB Chip Mem (+ any 1MB for preload)

FEATURES:
- Full load from HD
- Copy protection removed
- Access fault fixed
- Keyboard handler fixed
- Blitter wait routine fixed
- Cheat option (set CUSTOM1=1 to enable cheat mode)
- Buttonwait tooltype added for title picture
- NI/ROM icon (created by JHZ)
- Quit option (your default key)

HISTORY:
V1.0 (28-Dec-1999) - first public release
V1.1 (06-Apr-2003) - fixed keyboard bug and blitter wait routine
