Short : HD-Installer for Subtrade V1.0

This patch applies to "Subtrade" by Boeder Games (c) 1991 - 1 disk.
Slave requires WHDLOAD V10+, install requires RawDIC.
Game requires 1.0 MB Chip Mem (+ 1.0 other memory for preload option)

FEATURES:
- Full load from HD
- Copy protection removed
- Lot of code checksums removed
- Highscores will be saved
- CPU dependent loops fixed
- NI/ROM icon (created by JHZ)
- Quit option (default key is '*' on keypad)
