This patch applies to "Spy Vs Spy 2:  The Island Caper" (c) 1989 Wicked
Software/First Star Software Inc - 1 disk.  Thanks to Carlo Pirri for
sending the original!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Slave requires WHDLoad V10+.
- Game requires 512k chip mem (+200k other memory for preload option)

FEATURES:
- Full load from HD
- Empty DBF loops fixed (x4)
- Screen centred in intro and game
- High pass audio filter disabled for clearer sound
- Skip intro by holding down the left mouse button or setting CUSTOM1=1
- All files can be compressed to save space (FImp, Propack etc)
- RomIcon, NewIcon and GlowIcon (created by me!) and 2 Exoticons (taken 
  from http://exotica.fix.no)
- Quit option (default key is 'F10')
