Short : HD-Installer for Shaq-Fu

This patch applies to "Shaq-Fu" by Ocean/Dome Development (c) 1994 - 6 disks.
Slave requires WHDLOAD V10+.
AGA version requires 1.0MB ChipRAM + 1.0MB any RAM (+ 3.7MB for PreLoad)
ECS version requires 0.5MB ChipRAM + 0.5MB any RAM (+ 2.8MB for PreLoad)

SUPPORTED VERSIONS:
AGA version (supported by Bert Jahn)
OCS version (supported by Chris Vella)

FEATURES:
- Full load from HD
- RNC disk protection removed
- RNC decruncher relocated to Fast RAM
- Added expansion memory support
- DisableMousePort feature added (set CUSTOM1=1 tooltype to activate)
- NI/ROM icon (created by JHZ)
- Quit option (your default key)

NOTE:
CUSTOM1=1 tooltype disables mouse port. It's very useful if you want to play single player mode and you hate to disconnect mouse to pass the menu. It will also make multiplayer mode useless because game will not read mouse port anymore. So don't use this tooltype if you want to play with friend. Big thanks to Hexaae for suggestions and motivation ;)
