This patch applies to "Shadow Dancer" (c) 1991 US Gold.
Thanks to Christopher Lakatos for the original.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Slave requires WHDLoad V10+.
- Game requires 0.5Mb chip mem (+0.8Mb other memory for preload option)

FEATURES:
- Full load from HD
- Copy protection removed
- Empty dbf loop replaced
- MagicWB, RomIcon and NewIcon (created by me!) plus 2 ColorIcons (thanks
  to Dr.Zarkov for creating these!)
- Quit option (default key is '*' on keypad)
- Trainer (press Help to toggle infinite lives and ninja magic!)

FEATURES V1.1 (16.11.2017) done by StingRay:
- Ninja Magic can be activated with Fire 2 (Mantis #2855)
- DMA wait in sample players fixed
- Interrupt fixed
- Lots of trainer options added
- High-score load/save added (saving disabled if trainer options are used)
- Default quitkey changed to F10
- WHDLoad v17+ features used (config)
- Source code included
- New install script

  If In-Game Keys are enabled the following keys can be used:
  T: toggle unlimited time
  L: toggle unlimited lives
  M: toggle unlimited ninja magic
  N: skip level
  1: add a life
  2: add ninja magic


VERSION V1.2 (19.11.2017) done by StingRay:
- Ninja Magic was triggered twiced when activated with fire 2, fixed
