This patch applies to "Raider" (c) 1989 Celestial Software/Impressions - 1 
disk. Thanks to Carlo Pirri for sending the original!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Slave requires WHDLoad V16+ and an installed A500 Kickstart 1.3 image
- Game requires 512k chip mem and 256k other mem (+800k other memory for
  preload option)

FEATURES:

- Trainer added (press Help to toggle infinite lives)
- Fixed vertical blank detection routine (x13)
- Blitter waits added (x18)
- Snoop bug fixed (byte write to audio volume register)
- Empty dbf loops fixed (x2)
- RomIcon, NewIcon, OS3.5 Colour Icon and a BoxIcon (created by me!)
- Quit option (default key is 'F10')

LEVEL CODES:
- The level codes are "SHOT", "DYKE", "HIGH", "LINK", "PEAR", "KILN",
  and "BAND".

KEYS:
Z         - Left
X         - Right
Shift     - Thrust
Return    - Fire
Space     - Shield
Right Alt - Viz (Light)

This game has some really badly written code in it.  There are many parts
timed by empty dbf loops, and the vertical blank wait routine only works on
some Amigas.  On most high spec Amigas the game gets stuck waiting forever.

The kickstart image must be located in the directory "Devs:Kickstarts" and
must be named "kick34005.A500".  The image can be extracted from an A500
with tools like "GrabKick" or similar which can be found on Aminet.  If the
image is the wrong version or altered in any way, WHDLoad will quit with an
appropriate error message.

Additionally the file "kick34005.A500.RTB" must be installed in the same
directory as the kickstart image.  It can be found in the archive
"util/boot/skick343.lha" on Aminet.
