This patch applies to "Kamikaze" (c) 1990 Codemasters - 1 disk.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Slave requires WHDLoad V10+.
- Game requires 512k chip mem (+0.3Mb other memory for preload option)

FEATURES:
- Full load from HD
- Rob Northen copylock removed (thanks to Bored Seal)
- Loads and saves high scores
- Self modifying code fixed (x2)
- Decruncher relocated to fast memory
- Keyboard routine recoded
- Empty DBF loop fixed
- Trainer added (press Help to toggle infinite lives for both players)
- RomIcon, NewIcon and OS3.5 Icon (created by me!) and another OS3.5 Icon
  (created by Chris Vella!)
- Quit option (default key is 'F10')

HIDDEN MESSAGES:
- On the high score table, enter your name as any of the following
  names and the computer will change it to a secret message:

You *must* disable the caches or several enemies will not die when you
shoot them!

The self modifying code in this game caused bizarre access faults to occur.
The scrolling map was completely corrupt and there were no enemies to
shoot!  This was quite a difficult bug to track down and because the code
is written in such a consistently poor style, there maybe other places
where bugs occur.  Please contact me if the game doesn't work on your
Amiga.
