 This install applies to "History Line 1914-1918" © 1992 Blue Byte.

 This install requires WHDLoad to be in the path. It can be found in the
 WHDLoad package.

 The installed program requires 0.5 MB ChipMem and 0.5 MB OtherMem.
 It can be quit by pressing F10 (key can be changed with Tooltype "QuitKey=").

 The game requires an installed A500 Kickstart 1.3 image.
 The kickstart image must be located in the directory "Devs:Kickstarts" and
 must be named "kick34005.A500". The image can be extracted from a A500 with
 tools like 'GrabKick' or similar which can be found on aminet.
 If the image is of wrong version or altered in any way WHDLoad will quit with
 an appropriate requester.
 Additionally the file "kick34005.A500.RTB" must be installed in the same
 directory as the kickstart image. It can be found in the archive
 "util/boot/skick343.lha" on aminet.

 If you have problems with this installation please try and get a newer
 version of this package from the WHDLoad WWW-Page. If that doesn't help try
 some Tooltypes like NOCACHE, NOAUTOVEC, NOVBRMOVE, NOMMU, PAL or NTSC. If
 that also fails, please inform the author via the Bug-Report-Form which
 can be accessed on the WHDLoad WWW-Page.

 - program 'hlhigh' added to display and merge highscore files
   the program accepts up to three directory names, if one is given it
   displayes the highscores, on two names it will display both score tables
   merged together, on three it will merge the first two scores and save the
   result in the last directory
   the highscores are located in the *.HI files in the MAP directory, for
   each level there is an own highscore file, on a fresh installation there
   are no highscore files because they will be written on entering the first
   time
   on merging highscores hlhigh will only save files which have already high
   score entries in
   there is a script provided which displays the highscores via IconX and
   Multiview

 version 1.4 (21.02.08) done by Wepl:
 - various delays during loading/saving removed, speeds up save game
   handling

 - Extro works now (the german extro probably never ever worked from disk too)
 - the behavior of the game changed when loading games, originally it does
   no adapt the controller setup when a two player game has been loaded, this
   has caused that mouse/joystick on port0 was always active for both players,
   this is now fixed. when loading a two player game the mouse will be
   deactivated for player 1
 - it is now possible to use the Custom2 tooltype to directly load a savegame,
   just give the number of the savegame to load (1-9), savegame 0 cannot be
   load this way, this is a very handy option and saves time if you play via
   email
 - the configuration in the main screen is now saved to a config file called
   'config.dat' and loaded on each startup, it remembers the game setup and
   controls
 - new install script
 - many greetings to Sebastian Rosa :)

 version 1.4.1 (31.10.09) done by Wepl:
 - the hlhigh program now displays no name for scores equal zero, this looks
   better and avoids mixture of EMPTY vs. LEER
