That install applies to "Gloom" © 1995 Black Magic
It supports 2 disks and CD32 version.
It requires:
- WHDLoad 17+
- 724 KB ChipMem and 1072 KB OtherMem (+1.3 MB OtherMem for preload option)
- AGA chipset and MC68020+
Version 1.1 (15.04.2012) by Psygore:
- Slave requires +24 KB ChipMem to avoid memory error message (issue #2532)
Version 1.0 (03.08.2011) by Psygore:
- Color/Newicon (created by me) and BoxIcon included
- Stack moved in fastmem
- All caches enabled
- OS stuff patched
- Decrunch CrM2 files via WHDLoad
- Set CUSTOM1=1 for unlimited energy
- Set CUSTOM2=1 to activate the cheat mode
- 'gloom' file in data dir can be packed as data with Propack or Crunch-Mania
- Load/Save savegame (unless you cheat)
- Quit with '*' (PrtSc)
Cheatcode (taken from http://hol.abime.net):
When the title screen appears, press fire and you will go to the
options screen. Select "ABOUT GLOOM" from the list of options and
press the fire button. Now hold down the 'HELP' key and press fire on
the joystick. The screen will flash purple to indicate the cheat is
active.
Now start the game. The following keys are now available:
'1'-'5' _____________ Select (and upgrade) all weapons
'0' __________________________________ Increase health
'HELP' ___________________________________ Skip levels
You can increase the strength of each weapon by pressing the number
key up to 5 times.
