This patch applies to "Fly Harder" (c) 1993 Starbyte - 2 disks/CD32. 
Thanks to Chris Vella for the disk version and Pekka Sippola for the
CD³² version!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Slave requires WHDLoad V10+.
- Game requires 576k chip mem (+1.3Mb other memory for preload option)

FEATURES:
- Full load from HD
- Loads and saves high scores
- Copperlist bug fixed
- International keyboard support (requires WHDLoad 12+)
- All O/S references removed (quite a mission!)
- RomIcon, NewIcon and GlowIcon (created by me!)
- Quit option (default key is 'F10')

VERSION 1.1:
- Added support for the CD³² version
- Added 2 Exoticons from the great Exotica site (thanks Buzz!)

CHEAT MODE:
- Taken from Sweet Cheater by Keith Krellwitz and me!
- On the title screen of the disk version, type "MECHANICA" for infinite 
  lives.  Also, on the title screen type "BIGBAND" for the ending.

- On the title screen of the CD³² version, select the password option 
  and type in any of the following:

  For infinite lives, enter your password as "MEC" and to see the end
  sequence, type in "BIG".


KEYS

F4:    Keyboard control configuration (on title screen)

This is a fiendishly addictive remake of the old C64 game Thrust, and very
nicely programmed!  You can quit the game from the title screen by pressing
the left mouse button, or use the quit key :)

Press F4 on the title screen to setup your own keyboard controls if you
don't like the defaults (the game is much nicer to play on keyboard).

Please note that the keyboard does not work on the CD³² version, you are
forced to use the joystick.
