This patch applies to "Interference" (c) 1993 Sanity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Slave requires WHDLoad V10+
- Demo requires 1Mb chip mem (+0.5Mb for preload option)
FEATURES:
- Full load from HD
- 2 Snoop bugs fixed
- Crunchmania decruncher (x5) relocated to fast memory (huge speedup!)
- World record of 5 different icons to choose from! (I have left them
viewable during the install so you can pick your favourite before
installing this demo)
- All icons by Frank (he sends respect to Havok and Cougar for their
awesome graphics!)
- Quit option (default key is '*' on keypad)
This is a great demo but was very hard to patch as it decrunches as it
goes, and then relocates memory over itself in places. The 2 snoop mode
bugs were a nightmare to patch!
The original demo crashed during the credits screen on my Amiga 500 and
1200 so I have patched it to quit at that point. Usually this happened
if you didn't right-mouse through all the credits, or if you left it on
the final screen of credits for a while.
To access the hidden part of the demo (Vector World), wait until the
very end where a picture of red mountains appears, and hold down both
mouse buttons as well as the joystick button. The border will flash if
you made it in time and you will enter the hidden part!
