This install applies to "Music Disk 2" © 1991 81st Track.
This install requires WHDLoad and RawDIC to be in the path.
These programs can be found in the WHDLoad package.
To install from a different drive than DF0: select installation mode Expert.
The installed demo requires 0.5 MB ChipMem and 0.5 MB OtherMem (+0.9 MB for preload)
It can be quit by pressing F10 (key can be changed with Tooltype "QuitKey=").
- Full load from HD (real files!)
- Interrupt fixed
- DMA wait in replayer fixed (x8)
- Decrunchers relocated to fast memory
- Source code included as usual
- NewIcon (created by me)
- Quit option that works on 68000 machines (default key is 'F10')
This is the 2nd music disk by 81st Track and was quickly patched
this morning when I arrived at work.
Code is quite clean, I only had to fix the vertical blank interrupt
and the DMA wait in the replayer.
The demo originally loaded the data in 512 bytes blocks. To avoid
OS swaps I coded a RawDIC imager to save all data as real files.
You can download the demo here:
Not much more to say, have a nice summer everyone and enjoy
the demo from HD how.
